We aim to dispatch in-stock orders in 1-3 working days. Once your order is on it’s way to you, you will receive an email notification which will include tracking details if being sent by courier.
Wallpapers and fabrics are printed to order on a monthly basis, and we can sometimes print in as little as 1 week, but it can take as long as 6 weeks. Please contact us for the current lead time if you order is time sensitive.
On receiving your order we will contact you with a more accurate delivery time.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us before ordering and we will try our best to help you.
Orders sent by courier will require a signature when delivered, so please arrange for someone to be in to receive it or have it delivered to your workplace.
Please note delivery times are not guaranteed and may take a little longer sometimes, especially around the holidays.
Free delivery on orders over £150 (UK Mainland only excluding Highlands and Islands)
Samples are sent free by Royal Mail 2nd Class post and should be delivered in 2-5 working days. There is also an option for Royal Mail 1st Class or by tracked courier. Proof of Postage is obtained for each package.
Smaller items such as art prints, tea towels, coasters are sent by a tracked courier service.
Wallpaper, fabric, cushions and other larger items are sent by courier, usually UPS or FedEx. Once the package has been shipped (which may take up to 3 working days) parcels are usually delivered within 1-3 working day throughout most of the UK mainland.
Samples and small items can be sent by Royal Mail Airmail (untracked, 10-21 working days) or by tracked economy or express courier.
Wallpaper, fabric, cushions and other larger items are sent by courier, usually UPS, FedEx or DHL. Once the package has been shipped (which may take up to 3 working days) parcels are usually delivered within 3-7 working days throughout worldwide destinations.
If you have your own account with a courier you’d like to charge the shipment to, we are more than happy to do this. Please contact us before ordering to arrange.
Please note that all shipments to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If your order does incur import duties and taxes by your local customs authority in your country, then these will need to be paid direct by you to them before they will release your shipment. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
We do our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and service.
In the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt where we will ask you to return the goods straight away. Shipping charges on returned orders are at the customers expense and we recommend recorded/tracked post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods to:

Products will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same condition as when they left the studio, and that you have taken reasonable care to package goods accordingly to ensure their safe return to the studio. Unfortunately, post and packaging costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
Please note that cut lengths of fabric (unless faulty) cannot be returned or exchanged.
